Fox is just killing it these days, what with their Alien Anthology boxed set, Sound of Music, Rocky Horror and Moulin Rouge Blu-ray announcements. And to me, the October release of Michael Mann‘s The Last of the Mohicans is the icing on the cake. A lot of us have been waiting with bated breath for this film on Blu, expecting a glorious, detailed HD transfer that will take advantage of the amazing Dante Spinotti photography. And while the announced list of special features won’t light the Blu-ray fanboy world on fire, a great looking transfer will. Don’t let us down, Fox!
