A couple of weeks ago we told you about the animated G.I. Joe: The Movie being prepared for Blu-ray. Well, now, thanks to Amazon, we’ve got a release date and a first look at the package art for the disc!
According to the pre-order listing on the e-tailer site, G.I. Joe: The Movie will be released in a “Special Edition” Blu-ray (and DVD) on July 27th with an MSRP of $22.97, discounted on Amazon to $15.99. Still no further news on additional features, beyond the hints of a Buzz Dixon commentary track that we reported on earlier.
