Paramount Pictures has announced that it will bring the Coen brothers‘ adaptation of True Grit to Blu-ray this coming June 7th, packed to the gills with all sorts of goodies ranging from featurettes on period weapons and costumes to an exclusive look at the photography of the film. It’s a shame we’ll never see a commentary track from the brothers because I’d give my left arm to hear them gab about putting their trademark spin on the original material.
