Universal Drives Fast and Furious to Blu-ray Disc

I’ve got to say, I’m not a big fan of cars on film when they’re not being driven by Steve McQueen or transforming to fight Decepticons but I’ll gladly watch this new installment in the Fast and the Furious racing series when it turns up on Blu-ray disc. The original cast from the 2001 film returned for Fast and Furious and the reviews ended up being fairly positive across the board. Imagining my future Blu-ray viewing I’ll admit to going in quite blind, with little knowledge of the previous films and having painfully low expectations. I’ll also admit that I’m secretly hoping that the climax turns out to be a giant power-suit battle featuring Paul Walker and Vin Diesel, using their cars as robotic armour!

I should add here that it looks like we’ll be getting another Fast and Furious box set in the new Franchise Collection, which will feature all four films bundled together. In addition, this will be the first time that the previous three entries in the series will be available as individual discs. Autobots, transform!

  1. considering of getting a new notebook with Blu-Ray drive in it

but I got one question and wondering whether anybody have any input.

Should I get a full hd or hd ready laptop ?
for example HP HDX16 series and HP DV6000 series have almost the same specs but HDX have 1920×1080 and DV6000 only 1280×800 resolution, both are 16.1′

can you really tell the difference between full hd and hd ready on 16.1′ from 1-1.5 feet away ?
