Clash of the Titans Blu-ray Disc Review

I have such a soft spot for fantasy and sci-fi films of the late 70s/early 80s. I don’t doubt that they are responsible for my fascination with the trappings of nerd-dom, from gallivanting space adventures to heroic tales of flying men in capes. Harris, and designer Saul Bass among a lot of other great stuff not to be found on the Blu-ray. I mean, I’m sure it’s going to look and sound better than ever but I’m going to want to hold onto my DVD for all those great extras. And the much cooler cover art! …Continued…

Clash of the Titans, Neverending Story Blu-ray discs announced

Once upon a time I made a giant papier-mâché head of Clash of the Titans villain, Calibos. Yeah, I was obsessed with the film. Greek myths, stop motion animation by the legendary Ray Harryhausen, and Sir Laurence Olivier starring as the all powerful King of the gods, Zeus – Titans has it all. You can understand my excitement then, when I heard that the film would be hitting Blu-ray in a beautiful new Digibook edition. TImed, of course, to support the new big-screen adaptation hitting cinemas next year. …Continued…
