Official Star Wars: The Complete Saga Blu-ray September Release Date Revealed

It looks like 20th Century Fox wants to get you your Star Wars Blu-ray discs a week earlier than Amazon had predicted. Back in January, shortly after the announcement of the discs, Amazon posted a pre-order which was quickly updated to include a September 27th release date. George Lucas confirms Star Wars Blu-ray set for 2011, previews never-before-seen deleted scene (UPDATED)

I’m not exactly sure how many times it needs to be confirmed but George Lucas just re-iterated on stage at the Celebration V convention that he’s going to unleash the Star Wars saga on Blu-ray disc.
