Blu-ray.com is reporting that all Criterion Collection Blu-ray discs are about to be available for 50% off their suggested retail price at Barnes & Noble, both online and in their brick and mortar shops. Damn! Look what happens when you’re not paying attention. Amazon has just dropped the price on the mammoth Battlestar Galactica: The Complete Series Box Set! When they had offered the set initially, the online retailer had offered a 30% discount. A scant few weeks later, Amazon has dropped the price a further 7%, bringing the 20 disc set down to only $219.99. As part of Amazon’s ‘High-Def Week’ sale, the online retailer is blowing out the 80gb version of Sony’s Playstation 3 console for $349.99. It’s only going to be available for the rest of the day (or until they’re gone!), so don’t sit on your hands and think too long before making the investment…
