I didn’t love the new Spider-man film. There’s a lot that’s less-than-great about it. Thankfully, though, it’s mostly plot-stuff that the amazing (ha!) actors help you forget, scene after scene. The cast in this film is absolutely stellar and go a long way toward making the flick watchable. Honestly, Andrew Garfield, in the lead role, will make you forget all about Tobey Maguire in no time flat. He even looks more like a super-hero in the leotard! It goes without saying, as well, that the action scenes are rock solid. If only the damn story made sense! Argh! I’m looking forward to seeing the film again on Blu-ray. The Amazing Spider-man Blu-ray will be in stores in four combo-pack and deluxe variations on November 9th.
