We don’t have any proper package art yet (C’mon Universal! So many cool announcements and no pretty pictures!!) but Universal Studios Home Entertainment has sent word that Terry Gilliam‘s brilliant Hollywood comeback film, 12 Monkeys will be coming to Blu-ray on July 28. Amazon has the disc up for pre-order at a 30% discount – $20.99. Disc details:
